Workers, Harbor and Migration:
My research is centered around the history of a Western Anatolian county; the county of Foçateyn in the age of wars and nation states.It discusses themes like forced migration, World War I, nationalisms, establishment of the Turkish republic and regional dynamics in a local history context.
