About
Gerhard Jan Nauta, born in Cape Town, SA (1957), studied Art History, Psychology and Computer Science (as a subsidiary subject) at Leiden University. He has worked as a lecturer in the theory of art history and worked in the Leiden University Printroom as a researcher. Since 1990 he has been teaching humanities computing, with a focus on the use of computers in the disclosure of visual resources.
